On Thursday, 31 October 2019, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Panevėžys, on Ramygalos street near No. 147K, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Chrysler Voyager and a Ford S-MAX. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Chrysler (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
