On Thursday, 31 October 2019, in the evening at 22:30, in Kėdainių district municipality, Okainių village, on Karališkoji street near No. 68, a BMW 5ER Reihe rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the BMW (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.87‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
