On Sunday, 3 November 2019, in the morning at 7:40, in Telšių district municipality, Lauko Sodos town, on Irtogano street near No. 25, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Camry and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Toyota (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.00‰ blood alcohol). The 17-year-old driver of the Volkswagen was drunk (0.64‰) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was overcast, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
