On Monday, 4 November 2019, in the evening at 21:11, in Panevėžio district municipality, Berniūnų village, on Jaunimo street near No. 2, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo FH12, a Krone - and a Volvo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Volvo FH12 (15 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
