On Sunday, 10 November 2019, at night at 1:41, in Kaunas, on Šv. Gertrūdos street near No. 7, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved an Opel Zafira and a Mitsubishi ASX. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Opel (5 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She was drunk (2.20‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
