On Tuesday, 26 November 2019, in the morning at 7:30, in Trakų district municipality, Pabalių village, on Bičiulių street near No. 2, at the junction with Pabalių street, a Suzuki Grand Vitara ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Suzuki (20 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
