On Thursday, 5 December 2019, in the evening at 18:19, in Pakruojo district municipality, Kuosiškių village, on the Šiauliai–Pakruojis–Pasvalys national road (kilometre 34.45), a Volvo XC60 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 66-year-old driver of the Volvo (25 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
