Nissan Micra driver flees after hitting a pedestrian on Tilžės street, Šiauliai
On Monday, 16 December 2019, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street near No. 109, a Nissan Micra hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 68-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 66-year-old driver of the Nissan (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. The driver was sober.
