On Friday, 10 January 2020, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Klaipėda, on Šilutės pl., at the junction with Baltijos pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 5ER Reihe and a Volvo V50. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
