On Monday, 13 January 2020, in the morning at 8:16, in Panevėžio city municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 1.92), a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
