On Saturday, 22 February 2020, in the afternoon at 14:40, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street, at the junction with Vairo street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Jaguar XF, a Volvo XC90 and a Volvo V70. Two people were injured — the 37-year-old driver of the Jaguar (treated as an outpatient) and the 57-year-old driver of the Volvo XC90 (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Jaguar (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober.
