On Thursday, 2 April 2020, in the afternoon at 12:45, in Rokiškio district municipality, Skemų village, on Sniegių street near No. 7, in a yard, a Kawasaki rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Kawasaki (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.45‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
