On Tuesday, 21 April 2020, in the evening at 18:58, in Kauno district municipality, Radikių village, on Žvaigždžių street, at the junction with Pilaitės street, a BMW 320D hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.11‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
