On Sunday, 24 May 2020, in the afternoon at 12:58, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Skaistgiriai–Pušalotas regional road (kilometre 5.15), a BMW rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.23‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
