On Monday, 1 June 2020, in the morning at 8:05, in Jonavos district municipality, on Žemaitės street, at the junction with P. Vaičiūno street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V50 and a Toyota Prius. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Volvo (18 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
