On Saturday, 13 June 2020, at night at 4:14, in Rietavo municipality, Spraudžio village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 263.50), a Nissan Almera Tino hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Nissan, who failed to choose a safe speed. She had no driving licence. The driver was sober. A 38-year-old passenger was drunk (1.47‰). A 37-year-old passenger of the Nissan was drunk (2.33‰). A 29-year-old passenger was drunk (0.91‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 130 km/h.
