On Wednesday, 24 June 2020, in the evening at 18:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, Šaukoto I village, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 3), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. She had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
