On Thursday, 2 July 2020, in the morning at 7:49, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Onuškis–Butrimonys–Punia regional road (kilometre 33.50), a BMW M6 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the BMW (4 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
