On Friday, 3 July 2020, in the evening at 18:15, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, Trakių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 60), an Opel hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Opel (3 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 120 km/h.
