On Tuesday, 14 July 2020, in the afternoon at 13:15, in Kaunas, on R. Kalantos street near No. 4, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Iveco 35C13 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Iveco, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
