On Sunday, 26 July 2020, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Biržų district municipality, on Vabalninko street near No. 8A, an IZ Planeta 4 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 71-year-old driver of the IZ (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
