On Saturday, 8 August 2020, in the evening at around 22:00, in Trakų district municipality, Lieponių village, on Liepų street near No. 49, a vehicle ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
