On Thursday, 27 August 2020, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Pilaitė–Čekoniškės–Sudervė regional road (kilometre 9.14), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Zafira - A and a car. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Opel (12 years of driving experience), who violated overtaking rules. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
