On Saturday, 29 August 2020, in the afternoon at 11:50, in Jonavos district municipality, Pustelininkų village, on the regional road, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 6, a Honda Big Red 300, a Domantas B2K-2500 and a Nissan X-Trail. Three people were injured — a 39-year-old passenger of the Nissan (treated as an outpatient), a 9-year-old passenger of the Nissan (treated as an outpatient) and a 13-year-old passenger of the Nissan (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Mazda (3 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
