On Friday, 25 September 2020, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kaunas, on Vytauto pr. near No. 91, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Prius and a Hyundai Getz. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Toyota (27 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
