On Wednesday, 30 September 2020, in the morning at 5:22, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 68.50), a Skoda Superb hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Skoda (17 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
