On Monday, 19 October 2020, in the evening at 17:40, in Lazdijų district municipality, Šventežerio village, on Lazdijų street near No. 10, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi 100, a Peugeot 206, a Chrysler Grand Voyager registered in Slovakia and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Audi 100 (3 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
