On Friday, 30 October 2020, in the afternoon at 11:29, in Prienų district municipality, Užuguosčio village, on Stakliškių street, at the junction with Beržyno street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. Three people were injured — a 69-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen (hospitalized), a 80-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen (hospitalized) and a 63-year-old passenger of the Renault (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 65-year-old driver of the Renault (30 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
