On Thursday, 12 November 2020, in the morning at 8:20, in Tauragės district municipality, on Tilžės pl., at the junction with Šlaito street, a Peugeot Boxer ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
