On Friday, 13 November 2020, in the evening at 22:11, in Šalčininkų district municipality, Bygirdų village, on Gėlių street near No. 29, a Toyota hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Toyota (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
