On Friday, 13 November 2020, at night at 23:42, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas main road (kilometre 92.50), a Volvo FH hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Volvo (23 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober.
