On Monday, 30 November 2020, in the morning at 5:30, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, Milžinų village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 75.16), an Iveco Stralis ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Iveco (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, there was freezing rain, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 110 km/h.
