On Sunday, 6 December 2020, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Plungės district municipality, on Parko street near No. 1, an Audi A6 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Audi (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
