On Saturday, 12 December 2020, in the evening at around 21:00, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr., on a bridge, a Toyota Yaris hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Toyota (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
