On Tuesday, 12 January 2021, at night at 3:59, in Anykščių district municipality, Juostininkų village, on Kraštiečių street, at the junction with Juostos street, an Audi 80 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.60‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
