On Friday, 5 March 2021, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 35.65), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Renault Megane Scenic, a Domantas and an Audi. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
