On Wednesday, 10 March 2021, in the afternoon at 14:11, in Vilnius, on Tūkstantmečio street, at the junction with Laisvės pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Corolla Verso, a Ford Transit, a Skoda Octavia, a Peugeot Boxer, an Audi A6 and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Toyota (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 80 km/h.
