On Wednesday, 5 May 2021, in the morning at 9:18, in Rokiškio district municipality, Paąžuolės village, on the Antanašė–Aleksandravėlė–Suviekas–Grumblinai regional road (kilometre 4.51), an Alfa Romeo 156 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Alfa Romeo, who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (0.73‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
