On Tuesday, 11 May 2021, in the evening at around 18:00, in Trakų district municipality, Valų village, on Neries street near No. 92, a Honda Civic 5DR hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Honda (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
