On Saturday, 22 May 2021, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Ukmergės district municipality, on Darželio street near No. 17, an Audi A4 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.25‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
