On Sunday, 23 May 2021, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilnius, on Saltoniškių street near No. 12, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 206 and a Porsche. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Peugeot (36 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.58‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
