On Friday, 9 July 2021, in the morning at around 10:00, in Vilnius, on Geležinio Vilko street, at the junction with A. Goštauto street, a car rolled over. One person was injured — the 30-year-old driver of a motorcycle (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
