On Saturday, 17 July 2021, in the evening at around 20:00, in Molėtų district municipality, Inturkės village, on Bažnyčios street near No. 7, an Audi A6 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.41‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
