On Saturday, 7 August 2021, in the evening at around 22:00, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Bučiūnai–Milašaičiai–Tarosai regional road (kilometre 2.50), a MTZ ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the MTZ (2 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
