On Thursday, 19 August 2021, in the evening at 20:40, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 164, a collision with a bicycle occurred. The collision involved a Citroen C5 and a bicycle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
