On Saturday, 21 August 2021, in the evening at 18:25, in Utenos district municipality, Kaliekių village, on Ringelio street near No. 10, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a nenustatyta and an Iveco. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the nenustatyta, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.15‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
