On Sunday, 5 September 2021, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Plungės district municipality, on Kalniškių street near No. 25, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Transporter and an Audi 8D, Audi A4, -S4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
