On Saturday, 18 December 2021, in the evening at 22:37, in Trakų district municipality, Būdos III village, on Nendrių street near No. 50, a BMW ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.67‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, there was freezing rain, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
