On Thursday, 24 February 2022, at night at 0:32, in Pakruojo district municipality, Vėbarių village, on the Pakruojis–Lygumai–Naisiai regional road (kilometre 11.10), a Ford Mondeo ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Ford, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.53‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
