On Saturday, 14 May 2022, in the evening at 17:20, in Kelmės district municipality, on Skogalio street near No. 23, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of a quad bike, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.23‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
